SHARE! Collaborative Housing is a public-private partnership that provides permanent supportive housing in single-family homes across Los Angeles County for individuals with disabilities, veterans, mental health consumers, and those with diabetes, trauma-related challenges, and more. Residents live like college roommates, each paying approximately $600 to $950 monthly in fully-furnished homes. The homeowner furnishes the house, pays utilities, and does not require a security deposit or background check. Residents pay rent from their disability checks or other income directly to the homeowner.

Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and public transit, the home makes everyday living effortless. Plus, it's just minutes from our SHARE! Culver City location, offering easy access to additional support. (SPA 5)
First Vessel Mid City
Welcome to these beautiful, modern homes in the heart of Mid-City! These lovely spaces offer everything you need for comfortable living, including fully furnished bedrooms and cozy common areas.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-home washer/dryer, TV with cable, Wi-Fi, and more! These homes are currently available for men & women. (SPA 6)
Prosperity House
Welcome to this wonderful, cozy single-family home near Inglewood! This quaint, charming and exceptionally appointed SHARE! Collaborative House offers all the amenities for comfortable living.

The house is fully furnished and is equipped with a full kitchen, appliances, washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, cable, and more! Located close to public transit, shopping, and restaurants. (SPA 8)

Housing includes a fully furnished and equipped home, with utilities and incidentals covered. No first or last month’s rent, background check, credit check, or ID is required. Applicants must have a form of income (ex: SSI or employment) and be able to live independently.
