SHARE! Collaborative Housing is a public-private partnership that provides permanent supportive housing in single-family homes across Los Angeles County for individuals with disabilities, veterans, mental health consumers, and those with diabetes, trauma-related challenges, and more. Residents live like college roommates, each paying approximately $600 to $950 monthly in fully-furnished homes. The homeowner furnishes the house, pays utilities, and does not require a security deposit or background check. Residents pay rent from their disability checks or other income directly to the homeowner.

First Vessel Mid-City
Located in the heart of Mid-City, these beautiful, modern sober-living homes offer everything you need for comfortable, supportive living. Each home is fully furnished and features spacious common areas with plenty of natural light. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, in-home washer and dryer, TV with cable, Wi-Fi, and more.

House of Precious
Located in the vibrant heart of South LA, these beautiful contemporary homes each feature 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering fully furnished, immaculate, and comfortable living spaces. Residents enjoy convenient access to public transportation, shops, and dining, along with modern amenities including updated kitchens and appliances, ample storage, utilities, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Housing includes a fully furnished and equipped home, with utilities and incidentals covered. No first or last month’s rent, background check, credit check, or ID is required. Applicants must have a form of income (ex: SSI or employment) and be able to live independently.
